Start of service all clients must fill out a USPS 1583 Form and have it Notarized. A copy will be emailed to the email on file after purchase, you can download the form, print it, and take it to a notary or complete the notary form online. You can notarize a document online, bank, UPS, USPS, or with a professional pricing typically will be between $10-$25 depending on where you go.

Completed USPS 1583 forms must be emailed to: Support@AbundantLivingCC.org for services to begin. This form gives our firm the legal right to collect your mail and ship it to you.
