Please note 1/2 of your rental deposit is due at the time of booking: Ex: If you are renting our professional venue space for 8 Hours, Process a minimum payment of 4 Hours and proceed to checkout. The remaining balance is due 72-Hours before your scheduled event; If utilizing financing, the full rental deposit must be paid in full.

ABC Professional Venue Rental

  • ​At ABC Professional Venue Rental, we strive to provide the best services possible. To ensure a smooth and successful event, please review our Terms and Conditions before booking. Upon payment in full, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. All bookings require a completed, signed and approved ABC Professional Venue Rental form to secure the requested date. Additionally, a 1/2 deposit for the rental must be paid upon submission of the rental form, with the remaining portion of the bill due 72-hours prior to the scheduled event.

    Our venue rental terms and conditions are simple:
    All payments and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, and once your date is approved, it is locked in. If you need to change your date, we can process your request after a $25 rescheduling fee. We require a signed rental agreement within 3 days of booking and ask that you arrive at least 60 minutes prior to the start of your event and that all attendees leave the venue promptly at the designated end time. Your venue rental must be returned to the condition that it was presented to you; failure to do so will result in additional closing fees. 1 week before your event, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to ensure that your business's event has everything it needs to be successful, with an outlined checklist for optimal success.

    Technolgy Rentals:
    It is the responsibility of the event holder to ensure that ALL technology has been returned to its dedicated area, undamaged, in good working order, and all items accounted for. Depending on the item, any missing device will incur a $250-$500 replacement charge, per item. Please have your guests fill out our technology rental form and sign in/sign out at the beginning and end of your event.
